Adil Bricks

You can find us over in Village and Post Office Sonhaun, which is part of Tehsil Bahadurpur in the Darbhanga district. We are pretty close to Mithila B.Ed College, which is a good landmark if you are looking for Adil Bricks. The area around here is mostly quiet, which is nice for working. We have a routine that has not changed much over the years. We wake up early, get the fire going, and start the day. The village life is slow but the work at the brickyard is usually quite fast-paced. We have a few local guys who help out with the loading. Most of us have grown up around here and know the land well. Being near the college means we see a lot of students and teachers passing by, but we stay focused on our side of the fence. The yard at Sonhaun can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes moving the trucks a real pain. We do not have a big corporate story to tell. We just make bricks because that is what we know how to do. The bricks sit in the sun to dry and then we move them along to the buyers. It is honest work and it keeps the families here going. If you are looking for us, just head towards Bahadurpur and ask for the brick place near the college. We will likely be there near the stacks or working the clay.
