Yelosoft Infotech Private Limited is based out of Gram Amkherapo Dang. We operate care of Azizur Rahman at his place there. It’s not your typical city office with glass walls and elevators. Since we’re located in a more rural setting, things are a lot different than what you might expect from a tech company. It’s a much slower pace of life out here in the village, and we like it that way. We don’t have to deal with city traffic or the constant noise of a busy street. Instead, we have a quiet space where we can actually think and get things done. The setup is quite basic, just the essentials needed to run an infotech business. We mostly work on our own schedules and keep things very informal. There’s no dress code or corporate handbook. If the work gets done, everyone is happy. Being at Azizur Rahman’s place gives the business a very personal feel. It’s more like a community effort than a cold business transaction. We know everyone in the area, and they know us. It’s a small operation, and we don't have plans to move into a big city building anytime soon. We find that we can be just as productive here in Amkherapo Dang as anywhere else. It’s a simple life, and it’s a simple way to run a company. We just focus on the tech work and let the rest of the world worry about the fancy stuff and polished appearances.
