We’ve been running Gaurav Tours & Travels out of Shop No. 9 at Tara Terace for a while now. If you know the Kariwad area in Nani Daman, you probably know where Hotel Raj Palace is, which is basically where we are. It’s a small office but we keep pretty busy with all the people coming through Daman. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting out cars or trips for people who want to see the local spots. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps because things get a bit hectic during the weekends. We aren't a big company with fancy uniforms or anything like that. It’s just us here trying to make sure everyone gets where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic in Nani gets a bit much, especially right outside the shop, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We started this because we knew the roads well and it seemed like a good way to help out folks visiting the coast. It’s not always easy keeping every car ready and every schedule on time, but we do what we can. If you're walking around the Kariwad market area, you'll see our sign right there by the hotel. Stop by if you need a hand with your plans or just want to ask about the best way to get around Daman. We're usually around from morning until late evening most days, even when it’s raining.
