Bharat Resins Ltd.

Bharat Resins Ltd. is located right in the Dabhel Industrial Co-Op Soc. Ltd Village. We have units 43, 44, and 45 which sounds like a lot of space but it fills up fast with all the equipment and materials we use. Being in Dabhel means we are surrounded by other factories and there is always the sound of machinery in the background. It’s an industrial area so it’s not exactly pretty to look at but it’s where the work gets done. We spend most of our time on the production floor checking on the batches and making sure everything is running okay. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals and heat because that’s just the nature of working with resins. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and phone calls but mostly we are out in the back. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads around the village a bit muddy and slow things down for the trucks. We’ve had some of the same workers here for years and they know the machines better than anyone else does. It’s a steady kind of life with lots of routine. We start early and stay until the last shift finishes up. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for fun but we get the orders out on time. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the day.
