Kalpana Industries Ltd.

Being located in the Dabhel Industrial Co-Operative Society Ltd. means we are surrounded by other factories and a lot of movement all day long. Our spot at Plot No. 168/151-58 is where all the work happens for Kalpana Industries Ltd. It is a big industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines and people working nearby. We have been in Dabhel for a while now, and our building is just a practical space meant for manufacturing. Inside, it is mostly about keeping the production lines running and making sure everything is handled properly. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking stylish because that doesn't help get the work done. The workers here are local folks who know their jobs well. We deal with a lot of logistics, getting raw materials in and finished goods out through the P. O. Dabhel post. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs fixing, and that is just a normal Tuesday for us. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important. We see the same faces every morning at the gate, and we all just focus on the tasks at hand. The industrial estate is a bit crowded, and finding a parking spot can be a pain, but we manage. We are just a group of people making things and trying to stay busy throughout the year. Most of our days are long, but we are used to it.
