Badamia Containers

Badamia Containers is based out in Daman, specifically at the OIDC Udyag Nagar Industrial Estate in Ringanwada. We occupy units D-1 and D-2. Being in an industrial estate means the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. It’s a practical location for what we do, which is dealing with containers. The air is often thick because we aren't too far from the coast, and the sun can be really unforgiving on the metal roofs of the units. Inside, we have quite a bit of space, but it fills up fast when we have a lot of stock sitting around. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or glass-walled offices. It’s mostly just desks shoved between stacks of goods and a few fans trying to move the air around. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the loading dock is clear for the next truck. We’ve had to deal with the usual issues like rain leaking through the old roof and the occasional mix-up with the delivery schedules. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don’t spend money on big ads or trying to look bigger than we are. People find us because they need containers and they know we are here in Ringanwada. It’s honest work, and we just try to keep things organized so we don’t lose track of the inventory. Sometimes the paperwork gets behind, but the actual work always gets done.
