Dell Laptop Service Center

If you go to the Akt Tower in Redma, you’ll find us there. We are situated near the SBI in Redma, which is a busy part of town. The office at the Dell Laptop Service Center is usually full of laptops in various states of being taken apart. You’ll see screens, batteries, and tiny screws scattered across the blue mats we use on our desks. It’s a technical kind of environment, but it feels like a regular local workshop once you step inside. We get a lot of people coming in looking a bit worried because their computer won't turn on or they spilled something on the keyboard. The tower has a lot of movement, with people going to the bank or other offices, so it’s rarely quiet. We have a small waiting area with a couple of magazines that are probably out of date. The air conditioner hums constantly to keep the electronics from overheating, which is nice during the hotter months. We keep our tools organized in drawers, though things tend to get messy by the end of a long day. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place in the tower where we try to figure out what’s wrong with the machines people bring us. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we have to wait around to download drivers, which gives us time for a quick coffee and some talk.
