Our office is located at House No -09 in Tilak Nagar, Ward No 12, over in Chikhlakasa. Kal Multitrade Links Private Limited might sound like a big name, but we are a pretty small group of people working out of this building. We do a bit of everything when it comes to trading and linking up different products with the people who need them. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking lists of what’s coming in and what’s going out. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see a lot of fancy furniture; it’s more about desks, papers, and coffee mugs. We’ve been in Chikhlakasa for a while and we know the local market pretty well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the goods from point A to point B without any unnecessary delays. Sometimes the logistics get complicated and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting out a shipping issue, but that’s just how the trading business goes. We like the pace of it. Being in Tilak Nagar puts us right in the middle of things, which makes it easier to keep track of what’s happening with the suppliers and the clients. It’s a steady job and we try to do it as honestly as we can every single day for the folks we deal with around the ward.
