We are based in Mangalore, specifically in Derebail Village. Our office is at Site No.08, on the 7th Cross. It is a bit away from the main city center, which makes it a lot more peaceful than the crowded areas. Yellowcopper LLP is a small team, and we handle various business and technical tasks. The office is located in a quiet part of the village, so we do not have to deal with too much traffic noise. It is a basic setup, just a few rooms with desks and our computer equipment. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big lobby area for guests. Most days are spent working through our to-do lists and talking to people who need our help. The weather in Mangalore can get quite humid, so we usually keep the windows open to catch a breeze. We have been at this spot in Derebail for some time now and we have gotten to know the local people. It is a very practical way of working. We do not believe in having a lot of fluff or using corporate jargon. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the rain in Mangalore is so heavy we can barely hear each other talk, but we just keep going. It is a small, honest business and we like the scale we are at. We do not have a big HR department, we just manage things ourselves.
