We are located in Mangalore, specifically at the Presidency Zone-1 near Bendoorwell Circle. Utna Systems Private Limited is based here, care of Hyder Ali K. It’s a well-known spot in the Kankanady area. The office is pretty functional. We have what we need to get the work done, and that’s about it. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see in the big tech parks. Instead, it feels more like a part of the local neighborhood. The traffic around the circle can be quite loud during the morning rush. We usually start the day with a quick chat before diving into our tasks. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it makes it easier to communicate. We don't have a dedicated lunchroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or go out to one of the local spots nearby. It’s a practical setup for us. We've been here for a while and the location is convenient for most of the staff. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the systems we are building. It’s a plain, hardworking environment. If you know the Kankanady area, you won't have any trouble finding us near the circle.
