Rayglow Technologies Private Limited

We started Rayglow Technologies Private Limited out here in Posavalike, Sankeerna. Our office is at 6-4/4, right in the Perlampady area of Puttur. It’s a quiet spot in Dakshina Kannada. There are a few of us working here on various tech things. Karnataka is a big place, but we like being based in this part of the state. Mostly, the focus is on getting daily tasks done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. People often ask why we chose a place like Kolthige. It’s just where we ended up setting up shop. We spend our mornings checking emails and then we get into the heavy lifting of the technical work. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular workspace where we try to stay busy. We have some desks, computers, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. If you’re ever near Perlampady Post, you’ll see our sign. We keep things pretty simple around here because that’s what works for us. We don't really do big meetings. We just talk across the room if something needs doing. It’s practical. That’s how we’ve always run things at Rayglow. The rains can get pretty heavy in this region, which makes the commute interesting, but we are used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way every day.
