Puttur City Hospital

Puttur City Hospital has its home on A.P.M.C. Road. If you’ve traveled down this road, you’ve likely seen our building. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially when the market is active, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. The hospital serves a lot of people from the town and the surrounding areas who come in for their health needs. We aren't a massive corporate chain, just a local hospital trying to do right by the folks in Puttur. The rooms are basic but they have what’s needed. Our staff works in shifts, and there is always someone around, even in the middle of the night when the road finally gets quiet. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times and the waiting area chairs are a bit mismatched, but it doesn't stop us from doing our jobs. Being on A.P.M.C. Road means we are easy to get to for farmers and locals alike. We don't use big words or fancy medical jargon more than we have to. We prefer to just talk to people plainly about what’s going on. It’s a simple operation at its heart. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we see familiar faces every single week. It’s hard work, and the hours are long, but that’s just how hospital life goes on A.P.M.C. Road. We just keep our doors open and keep going, making sure the morning shift is ready to take over.
