Lucreative Labs Private Limited

Lucreative Labs Private Limited is situated at 703 in the Orchard Apartments on Arya Samaj Road. We are in the Balmatta area of Mangalore, which is part of Dakshina Kannada. It is a bit of a different setup compared to a traditional office because we are inside an apartment building. This gives our workspace a much more personal and relaxed feel than a cold, corporate office block. We’ve been here for a while now and we really enjoy the atmosphere of Balmatta. It’s a nice part of town with a good mix of old and new. We don’t have a big neon sign or a fancy reception area. Instead, we have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and the gear we need for our projects. We aren't a large corporation with hundreds of staff members. We are just a small, dedicated team that focuses on the work we have in front of us. Sometimes the weather in Mangalore is a bit much, especially during the monsoon, but we just keep working through it. We don't use any marketing buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local lab doing our daily business in a way that makes sense to us. It’s a practical and honest way to run a company. We like being tucked away in Orchard Apartments where we can just focus on being Lucreative Labs.
