Fliptech Innovation Private Limited is based out of Mangalore. Our office is in room 101 at Maharaja Heights, which is right across from Margil School on Flanir Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in the 575002 zip code area. We have been working from here for a bit now, focusing on various technical projects and innovations. It’s a small office, and since we are right opposite a school, we hear the bells and the kids playing throughout the day. It keeps the atmosphere from feeling too stiff or corporate. We are a small team of local people who just like building things and seeing if they work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about what we do. We spend a lot of time testing new ideas, and some of them don't work out, but that’s just part of the process. We like being in Dakshina Kannada because it’s home for us. The office is usually a bit cluttered with electronics and papers, but we manage to find what we need. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict hours, as long as the work gets done and the clients are happy. It's just a regular local business trying to do its best with the tools we have. We keep things grounded and realistic every day.
