Crossforge Solutions Private Limited is based out in Hosabettu Village, specifically at Mastikatte House. It is a bit of a different vibe compared to the big city offices you see everywhere. Being in Dakshina Kannada means things move at a slightly different pace, which we actually prefer. We aren't trying to be the next big global tech firm with a glass building. Instead, we work out of this spot in Thodar Post and just focus on what is right in front of us. Most of us grew up around here or nearby, so we know the area well. It is a simple setup at 1-2(1). No one wears suits and there isn't a board of directors breathing down our necks every five minutes. We just handle the projects that come our way and try to be honest about what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is too loud on the roof to hear each other, but we manage. It is a small operation, really. We spend our days on the computers, chatting about what needs to be finished by Friday. There aren't any big motivational posters on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old mugs. We like that it is grounded. If you come by Mastikatte House, you will just find a few of us working away. It is not a complicated life, but the work gets done and that is what matters to us most.
