Our office is in a flat over at Shubh Kalash, which is Plot No. 1.2 and 57 in Sector 35 of Kamothe. Navi Mumbai is a big place, but this area feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We are in Flat B/505 on the fifth floor. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, which honestly suits us just fine. It feels more grounded working from a residential building. Most of us live close enough that the commute isn't too bad, which is a rare thing in Mumbai. The space is simple and has enough room for our desks and a small area to sit. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. You just walk in and we're all there working. In the afternoons, the sun comes through the windows and it stays pretty bright. We usually have some chai around eleven and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a very quiet spot for the most part, though you can hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. It’s just a small group of people doing their jobs in a practical way. We keep things moving, handle the paperwork, and try to finish up at a decent hour. It’s a steady routine that keeps the business going.
