It is a familiar and comfortable neighborhood for us here in the Panch Mahals district. Our workspace is pretty straightforward and simple. We do not have any fancy glass partitions or an expensive coffee machine in the breakroom. We mostly just have our desks, some basic chairs, and our computer setups. It can get quite warm here in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day to stay cool while we work. We started this company because we wanted to bring some new ideas to life without having to move away to one of the bigger cities in Gujarat. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby villages. We spend our days working on various projects, sometimes scratching our heads when things do not go exactly right, but we usually figure it out eventually. It is a small team, so we all know each other very well. There is no corporate ladder to climb here; we all just pitch in and help out where it is needed most. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and cables, but we know where everything is kept. We are not trying to change the whole world overnight. We just want to do some good, honest work and keep the business running.
