Out here in Godhra, specifically at Post Dayal in the Taloka Godhra area of Panchamahal district, things move at their own pace. Hind Minerals is based right here in the heart of the region. It’s a dusty business, dealing with minerals and earth, so you won’t find any shiny floors or white carpets in our office. We spend most of our time out in the yard or checking on the bags that need to be sent out to customers. The sun gets really intense in Gujarat, so the early mornings are usually our most productive hours before the heat becomes too much for everyone. We have a small team of local people who have been with us for years. We know the land around here pretty well. It isn't a glamorous job, and at the end of the day, we are usually covered in a bit of grit and dirt. Our office is a simple structure that does the job. We handle the paperwork and the logistics of moving materials across the country from right here in 389001. There are times when the trucks are delayed or the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep going. It’s a very grounded way to make a living. We don’t put on any acts; what you see is what you get when you visit us at the post. It’s just about getting the minerals processed and out to the people who need them without any unnecessary delay.
