Ezzy Grain Center

We've been at Plot No-95 in Girdhar Gunj for quite a while now. Most people know us because we're right there in the Anaz Market near Padav Road. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the trucks come in. We deal with grains every day, sorting through bags and making sure everything looks right before it goes out to the local shops. It’s hard work and dusty sometimes, but it’s what we do. The shop isn't fancy at all. It's just a practical space where we keep the stock organized. We see a lot of regular faces coming through the market area. My father started this kind of work, and now we just keep it going. There’s always something to do, like checking the moisture in the wheat or talking to the farmers who bring their loads. We stay open pretty late if there’s a big delivery expected. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because we have to cover everything up really fast. But that’s just part of being in the grain business here. People stop by for a chat even if they aren't buying anything that day. We just try to get the work done and keep the bags moving. It's a simple life at the grain center. We don't have a big office, just a desk in the corner and the piles of sacks. It keeps us busy from sunrise till we close the shutters.
