Our place, Tatva Chintan Pharmachem Ltd., is situated in the Dahej SEZ-2 area. Dahej is a massive place full of factories and industrial plants, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with chemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients. It’s a very specific kind of work where you have to follow the instructions exactly. The facility is full of pipes, tanks, and monitors. It isn't the kind of place where you’d find a fancy lobby. It’s built for work. We have a team that stays busy checking the equipment and making sure the batches are coming out right. The commute out to the SEZ is long for most of us, but it’s just part of the routine. We spend our days in lab coats or safety gear, depending on what part of the building we are in. There isn't much to see around here except other industrial sites and flat land. We don't do much in the way of promotional stuff. We just focus on the production schedule and making sure we hit our targets. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole night fixing it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Dahej over the years as more companies have moved in. We just keep doing our part and keeping the plant running every day. It is a lot of responsibility, but we manage.
