We are located at 4b in the Gidc Industrial Estate in Dahej. It’s a huge area and there’s always something happening. At this branch, we focus on the chemicals and the production side of things. It’s a very industrial setting. You see the big tanks and the pipes everywhere. The air smells like a factory, which is what we expect in Dahej. Our team at 4b is responsible for keeping the production lines moving. We have shifts that go around the clock sometimes. It’s not a typical nine-to-five job. We have to wear safety gear and follow the rules on the floor. It’s a lot of monitoring gauges and making sure the mixtures are right. We aren't here to write fancy brochures. We just do the work that needs doing. The site is quite large, so we do a lot of walking from one end to the other. The canteen is where we all catch up during breaks. We’ve got people from all over working here. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. The focus is always on the output and making sure the containers are filled correctly. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time. It’s just a regular day of work for us at the plant. We keep the equipment running as best as we can every day.
