Yashashvi Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. Z/96/e within the Gidc Estate. It is one of those places that feels lived-in. We have been at this address for a while now, and the building shows its age a little, but it works for what we need. The estate is always loud with the sounds of other businesses, mostly grinding and engine noises. Our daily routine involves a lot of handling raw materials and getting them ready for processing. We have a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it is moving pallets or filling out the logbooks. The floor gets a bit messy during the day, so we spend the last hour of every shift cleaning up and getting ready for the next morning. It is a practical setup without any of those fancy decorations you see in corporate parks. We have a small break room where we sit and talk about local news or what's happening in the neighborhood. The commute isn't too bad if you time it right to avoid the shift change traffic. It can be a bit cramped when we have a full stock of supplies, but we manage the space as best we can.
