We are located out at Survey No: 351 in Raj Bolaram Village. It’s a bit further out in the Medchal Mandal area, away from the main city rush. Being out here means we have a bit more space, but it also means a longer drive for some of us. The site is pretty big, and we have different sections for different parts of the work. It’s more of a functional setup than a fancy one. You’ll see a lot of equipment and people moving around throughout the day. It gets dusty sometimes because of the location, but that’s part of being in this part of Medchal. We don’t have a lot of the city comforts right next door, so we usually bring our own lunch or figure something out together. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed until there’s a deadline, then everyone gets focused pretty quick. We’ve been at this spot in Raj Bolaram for a while, and we’ve seen the area change around us. It’s a practical place for what we do, and it lets us get on with things without too many interruptions from the outside world. We aren’t really interested in being flashy. We just have our tasks, our tools, and we get on with it. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, but that’s the nature of the business we’re in out here.
