Being located on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills sounds more prestigious than it feels when you’re actually sitting at a desk here at Palred Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Most of us are just focused on the screens in front of us, trying to figure out why a bit of code isn't working or how to fix a hardware issue. The traffic outside on Road No. 12 is always a mess, so we usually just stay put and keep working through lunch. Our office is functional. It has the usual stuff like coffee mugs everywhere and tangled wires under the desks. We deal with technology, but we aren't some futuristic startup with bean bags and free snacks. It's more of a place where people put in their hours and try to solve problems. We've got a mix of older staff and some younger ones who are better with the new software. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times we just work in silence for hours. Banjara Hills is a busy area, but once you step inside, it’s just the hum of the air conditioner and the clicking of keyboards. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the tech running. It’s a job, and we take it seriously without making a huge fuss about it. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name.
