Systems Technology International

We’ve been sitting here in Cuttack for quite some time now, specifically at the P.H. Naidu New Colony over in Sheikh Bazar. It is a busy little corner of the world and our office isn't anything you would call fancy or modern. Systems Technology International is basically just a few of us trying to keep up with all the tech changes that happen every day. We spend most of our hours looking at screens or trying to figure out why a particular system isn't doing what it is supposed to do. The humidity in Odisha can be a real pain for the hardware, so we are always cleaning dust out of things. People walk in from the street with all sorts of questions, and we do what we can to give them a straight answer without using too much confusing talk. Sometimes we are waiting on parts to arrive from the bigger cities and that can take a few days, which makes things slow down. My neighbor's kid helps out with the filing sometimes because the paperwork just piles up if we don't watch it. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist to greet you, just a door that stays open when the weather allows. It's just a regular local spot where we deal with computers and tech stuff. We try to be honest about what we can actually fix and what is probably just a lost cause. That is just how it goes here.
