Sonthalia Online Service

Our small shop, Sonthalia Online Service, sits right on High Court Road in Chandinchowk. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Cuttack, especially since we are so close to Nimchouri. We spend a lot of time looking out at the street traffic. It’s usually loud with lawyers and people heading to court, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of different online tasks. Most of the time, it's just us sitting behind the computers, trying to make sure everything works like it should. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to stay busy and help out whoever stops by. The office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of paperwork, but we eventually find what we need. It's a simple life here in the 753002 zip code. We know the tea seller nearby and the other shop owners on the road. It feels like a small community even though the city is big. If you need something done online, we’re the ones sitting here everyday. We don’t have fancy brochures or a marketing department. It’s just us. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It’s just a regular local place where we do our best with what we have. Our desks are a bit cluttered, but that is how we work best.
