Our place is at Unit-1 in the Vijaya Market area, specifically in Badapadia. It’s right near the Paradeep Port in the Jagatsinghpur district of Orissa. It’s a very busy industrial kind of area because of the port. You see a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day long. Our building isn't anything too crazy. It's just a solid place where we manage things for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson. The market nearby is always loud, so there's a lot of energy around us. We have a small office where we handle the daily stuff. It gets quite dusty because of all the construction and the port activity nearby. We are constantly wiping down the desks. The team is small, and we’ve all been together for a bit, so we know how each other works. We don't have any big corporate meetings or anything. We just talk over tea in the morning and decide what needs to happen. Sometimes the sea breeze comes in, which is a nice change from the humid heat. We have to be careful with the paperwork because of the moisture in the air. People come and go constantly because of the market. It’s a very active spot to be in. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment here in Paradeep. We are just a local part of this big busy port town.
