Orimark Jobs operates out of Plot No-279 in Mahanadivihar. This is Cuttack, so you know how it is with the narrow streets and the humidity. We are located at Ellora Patnaik C/O-Debasis Das’s place, Po-Nayabazar. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of job-related stuff here. People come in looking for work or needing help with their applications. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and typing on old keyboards. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find out about us just by word of mouth or seeing the sign. The office feels lived-in. There are files everywhere and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. We try to help as many people as we can find a path that works for them. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We like being in this part of town. We’re just a small team trying to make things happen for folks in the local area. No big speeches, no polished brochures, just us in a room with some desks trying to get people hired. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sunday if there's a lot to do. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job and things are looking up for them.
