Our shop is tucked away in Vivekananda Lane, which is right in the Badambadi area. If you know where Kathajodi Road is, we are pretty close to that. We handle all sorts of electronics and security systems. It’s a busy little place. Usually, there are wires all over the workbench and some half-finished repairs waiting for parts. We aren’t a big corporation with a shiny showroom. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time installing cameras at different sites or trying to figure out why a security panel isn't working right. The lane gets narrow, so parking can be a bit of a pain, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't mind it. People from the neighborhood come by when their gadgets act up or if they want to put a camera over their front door. We just tell them what we think will work. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and our tools. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s quiet enough to actually organize the shelves. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the walls have some scuffs from moving equipment around. It’s a real shop where we work hard and drink a lot of tea. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to the folks who walk in. It’s a living and we enjoy the work we do here.
