Star Printers

Star Printers is out in Rajendra Nagar, specifically near the Madhupatna Link Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and cars passing by all the time. Our shop is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know where to find us. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of paper and the big printing units that hum and click. We don't go in for fancy decorations or marketing slogans. The walls are plain and the floor is concrete, which makes it easy to sweep up the offcuts at the end of the day. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and making sure the cutters are sharp. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy boxes and loading up the machines. On hot days, the fans just move the warm air around, so we usually keep the back door cracked open for a breeze. We get all sorts of customers, from people needing a few copies to businesses wanting big stacks of forms. There is no corporate script here; we just tell people how long it will take and what it will cost. The Link Road stays noisy until late at night, and sometimes we stay late too when there’s a big job to finish. We just drink our tea, listen to the traffic, and keep the ink flowing until the work is finally done for the day and we can go home.
