Ditiprakash Food Processing Private

Our place, Ditiprakash Food Processing Private, is tucked away in Tulsipur at House No-674. It’s called Durga Nibas, and it’s right in Ward No-1. If you know Budhichandi Lane, you know it’s not exactly built for big trucks, so we have to be smart about how we get our supplies in and out. It’s a busy little neighborhood in Cuttack. We run the business out of this house, which makes it feel more personal than a cold factory. My family has been here for years, and starting a food processing unit seemed like a good way to use the space we had. We have some machines set up in the back for the processing work. It can get a bit noisy when everything is running at once, but the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We focus on the everyday work of preparing and packing. There are no polished marketing teams here. It is just a few of us making sure the stuff is right and the counts are correct before we ship things off. The Cuttack heat can be tough in the summer months, but we have some fans and we just keep moving. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple, local business that we are trying to keep steady through the years.
