Clovein Spices India Private Limited

Clovein Spices India is out in Shasanpada, which is near Niali in the Cuttack district. It’s a bit of a trip from the main city center, but the space out here is good for what we need to do. We have two plots, 1713 and 1714, where we handle all of our spice processing. It is a massive amount of work during the harvest seasons when everything comes in at once. The air stays thick with the scent of cloves and black peppercorns most days. We don't have a lot of fancy technology or computers everywhere. It is mostly just traditional methods and some reliable old machines that we’ve had for years. The team is mostly local people from around the Sithalo area. We all know each other well and work together. Sometimes the rain makes the roads near the via-Chatara block a bit of a mess, so our transport gets delayed. We just deal with those things as they come. It is not a high-pressure corporate office environment. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea while we stand around the machines. The main goal is just to keep the production moving and make sure every bag is filled correctly. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it’s for mandatory paperwork. Our hands are usually stained from the work, but we like the results we get.
