Paritosh Buildcon Private Limited is based out in a village called Pallipattu, near Virudhachalam. Our address is No. 2/219, Co-Operative Ngr, which is a bit of a trek if you aren't from the Cuddalore area. Working in a more rural setting like this is different from the big cities. Things move a bit slower, but the work is just as demanding. We spend a lot of our time on the road, traveling between Mangalapet and other small towns to check on our construction sites. The office is a simple place where we keep our registers and meet with local workers. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit outside and wait it out while talking about the next project. We handle everything from basic construction to more detailed building work. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordinating with people from the nearby villages. We aren't some big city firm with shiny cars; we mostly use old bikes and trucks to get around. The air is a bit cleaner here, though the dust from the sites still gets everywhere. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and people know they can find us at the office most afternoons after we finish our site rounds. It’s a straightforward life, focused on building things that last and making sure our workers are treated fairly throughout the process. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our office in the village.
