Our office is a modest spot where we keep our plans and talk to folks about their building projects. We don't have a big glass front or a fancy waiting room. We’ve been at this 608001 address for a good number of years. The building shows its age a bit, but it’s solid. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re from a big city firm. We just know the local land and how to get things built around here. The noise from the market outside is constant, but we like the energy. It feels like we’re part of the town's heartbeat. We aren't trying to be the biggest developer in the state, just the one people in Chidambaram can trust when they need something done. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or checking on materials. When we are back at the office, the door is usually open. That’s just how we do things at 147 Bazaar Street.
