Mugunthan Contractors is based right here at 45, Perumathuran Street in Kurinjipadi. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. It’s not some big fancy corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just us doing the daily work of contracting for whoever needs a hand with their building projects. Most days you won’t even find us at the desk because we are out at the sites getting our hands dirty. That is just how we like it. The weather in Kurinjipadi can get really hot, so we usually start our days pretty early to get the outdoor stuff done before the sun gets too high. We handle a lot of different jobs, from small repairs to bigger construction tasks. We don't spend any money on fancy ads or marketing because we find that most people just hear about us from their neighbors. If you walk down Perumathuran Street, you will see our gate and probably some of our equipment parked outside. We keep things simple and honest. There is always plenty of dust and noise in this business, but we are used to it by now. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up and do the work as best as we can. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to do a decent job for a fair price. That is basically all there is to it.
