We are located over at NO.81/1D in Nethaji Nagar. This is Ramanatham, part of Tittagudi. Maxpro Developers Private Limited has been set up here for a while now. Most days are pretty much the same, starting early before the sun gets too high and things get too sticky. We usually have a lot of stuff piled on the desks. Maps, blueprints, and coffee cups mostly. The office isn't anything to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. People in the neighborhood pass by and wave. It is a local place where everyone knows everyone. Tittagudi can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we are always cleaning the windows. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with the local logistics. It is just the way things go here. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably see one of us on the phone or looking at some documents. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait or talk shop. It’s a simple setup at Nethaji Nagar. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It gets busy, especially towards the end of the month, but that’s normal for any business. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The locals know us by name, which is how we like it. No big fuss, just working.
