Hotel Saradharam

So we are here at number 19 on V.G.P. Street. Most people just find us by looking for the sign once they get into the 608001 area. My family has been running Hotel Saradharam for a good while now and it’s a pretty straightforward place. The rooms are just rooms, nothing too fancy to talk about really. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the fans work right because it gets hot here. The street outside can get a bit loud with the bikes and people walking by, but that is just how it is on V.G.P. Street. We have a small desk where someone is usually sitting if you need to ask about where to get some food or if you need another towel. The plumbing is old but it works fine for most folks who stay here. We don't have a big lobby with those shiny floors you see in magazines, just some chairs and a table. Sometimes the TV in the corner acts up but we fix it when we can. Mostly it's just us doing the daily work, checking people in and out, and keeping the place tidy enough for the next person. It’s a busy spot in town so there is always something going on outside the front door. We keep the keys on a rack behind the counter like they used to do in the old days. It's just a job for us.
