Chandru Exports & Imports

Down in Cuddalore District, specifically at 90 Arch Road in T. Kumarapuram, is where Chandru Exports & Imports is based. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the bigger cities, but we like it here. The road can get dusty when the weather is dry, but the office stays relatively clean. We’ve been handling exports and imports from this spot for quite some time. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. We don't have any high-tech sorting machines, just our own hands and eyes. The building is a simple one-story structure with a big door for moving goods in and out. Most of the staff has been with us since the start. We know the local area well and the people who live around T. Kumarapuram. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork for a shipment going out the next morning. It’s just how the business works. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be bigger than we are. We are just a local operation on Arch Road doing our part in the trade world. The weather in South India can be tough, but we’re used to it by now. There’s always tea being made in the small kitchen in the back. That’s how we get through the day. Just regular work by regular people, nothing more than that for us.
