It is a lot of driving around and talking to people. We don't use corporate language because that’s not how we talk to our neighbors. We just want to make sure the houses and buildings we work on are built right. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, so we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. It is a steady pace of life. We are just a group of local people working hard in our own community. That is really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and get on with the job.
