Vishvam Networks

Vishvam Networks is way up here in the Nilgiris, specifically in Yedapalli Village at 3/169. It’s quite different from working in a big city like Chennai or Coimbatore. The air is cooler and things move a lot slower. We spend a lot of time driving around the hills to get to different spots where people need network help. Dealing with cables in the village can be a bit tricky because of the terrain and the trees, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our small office in Yedapalli serves as a base where we keep all our tools and rolls of wire. It’s a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, and sometimes we get distracted by the view instead of focusing on the routers. We aren’t a big company with many employees; it’s mostly just us doing the work ourselves. Sometimes the weather gets really rainy and it makes it hard to go out on calls, so we stay in and sort out the inventory. People in the village know us by name, which is nice. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you call, one of us will pick up while we're out in the field. It’s a practical life, working with technology in a place that’s mostly known for tea and nature. We just keep our heads down and make sure the connections stay stable for the folks living around here. It is good work.
