Maa Santoshi Mobile

Maa Santoshi Mobile is a small place located right near the SBI bank in Khagrabari. It’s a convenient spot because people are always coming and going from the bank. We handle a lot of small stuff, like selling SIM cards and fixing phone screens. Most of our day is spent sitting behind the counter. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. We have some glass cases for the phones and a small workbench in the back. It gets quite dusty because of the road right outside, so we are always wiping things down. We know most of the people who live around here. They stop by to ask for directions or just to say hello. We don't really do any advertising. People just find us by walking past. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside on a stool until it comes back on. It’s a slow pace of life compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We aren't experts in everything, but we know how to fix a phone. My cousin helps me out during the busy hours in the evening. We usually close up shop late and walk home. It’s a simple business, nothing too complicated. We just try to be honest with everyone and do a decent job on the repairs every day.
