Xaasability Labs Private Limited is based at Old No.Sf.No.346/1, New No.115/2, in the Villankurichi Post area, specifically Thanneerpandal. The address is a bit of a mouthful because of the old and new numbers, but we’ve stayed put here for a long time. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but being away from the main city noise is worth it. Our office is more like a workshop than anything else. Hardware lies around everywhere and people usually have three or four things going at once. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. But that’s how the work gets done. Nobody is trying to impress anyone with a minimalist design. Thanneerpandal is a quiet enough area to actually get some thinking done. Much of our time is spent testing out different systems and seeing how they behave. It’s a lab in the sense that experimentation happens daily. A fancy reception area doesn't exist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over our desks. Big marketing campaigns or flashy logos aren't our style. The focus is strictly on the technology side of things. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Most of us have worked in big companies before and we prefer this smaller, more personal way of doing things. We just do our bit and keep moving forward. It might not be the most organized office in the world, but it works for the way we think and build.
