We’ve been over here on Big Bazaar Street for a while now. It's number 678, right in the thick of things. People usually find us when they need specific stuff for jewelry making. It’s not a fancy place, just where we do the work. The shop name is Vsv Jewel Tech Pvt. Ltd., which sounds a bit official, but really it's just a bunch of us working with machines and tools all day. Sometimes the street gets real loud outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of the technical side of the jewelry business. It’s not always pretty work, but someone has to do it. We’ve got the machines set up in the back and the front is where we talk to people who come in. Most of our regulars know the way by now. If you're walking down Big Bazaar Street, you can't miss the spot. We spend most of our time fixing things or setting up new equipment for other jewelers in the area. It’s a steady kind of job. We don’t really do the flashy showroom thing because that's not what we're about. It’s more about the metal and the precision of the tools we use. Sometimes a part breaks or a machine acts up, and that’s when it gets busy. We just keep at it day by day. It’s been this way for years. Just normal people doing a job and trying to stay busy for the day.
