Vikram Ent Hospital

This hospital is situated at No. 9 West Venkatasamy Road. We focus entirely on ears, noses, and throats. It is a dedicated building, so it's more than just a small clinic room. There are several of us working here, including a couple of doctors and the nursing staff. The road outside, West Venkatasamy Road, is usually packed with cars and scooters, especially during the morning rush. We have a few rooms upstairs for patients who might need to stay over for a night, but mostly people just come in for a consultation and then head home. The equipment we use is pretty standard for an ENT place. We have the little scopes, the ear lights, and the chairs that tilt back. Everything is practical and meant for work. We don't spend money on decorations or expensive art for the walls. Most of my day is spent looking into ears or checking why someone’s throat is sore. It’s a lot of the same routine day after day. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or other doctors. The building itself has been here for a long time. The stairs are a little bit steep, so we tell people to use the lift if they find climbing difficult. It gets a bit hectic when a lot of patients show up at the same time, but we just manage it as it comes. We stay until the last patient is seen.
