Vikram Ent Hospital & Research Institute

We are located at 69 West Venkatasamy Road in R S Puram. This place is a bit bigger than some of the others because we also handle some research activities along with the regular hospital work. It’s a large building and it’s pretty hard to miss if you are driving through the neighborhood. We have various floors for different purposes. One floor is almost entirely dedicated to the research side of things, where we keep all the records and computers. The other floors are where we see the patients. We deal with all sorts of ear, nose, and throat issues every day. The staff is a mix of some very experienced doctors and some younger ones who are still getting the hang of things. It’s always a busy environment. You will usually see someone walking down the hallways with a folder or a tray of instruments. We don't bother with fancy interiors. The walls are just painted white and the floors are made of plain tiles that are easy to mop. We get patients from quite far away sometimes because of the research we do here. We just show up and do the work. It’s not a corporate office, just a place for medicine. We tend to stay open late because there’s always paperwork to finish or a patient who needs a last-minute checkup before we head home for the night. That is mostly how we spend our time.
