Vigshan Tools

Vigshan Tools is located right on Kattabomman Street. If you’re coming through Ganapathy Post, you’ll find us at number 24. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized workshop where we keep our machines and the stuff we’ve built. The floor usually has a bit of metal dust on it no matter how much we sweep, which is just how it goes when you’re working with tools all day. We’ve been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. Usually, you’ll hear the machines running if you walk past in the morning. We aren't big on decorations or anything. There are some shelves with parts, a workbench that’s seen better days, and a small desk where we handle the bills. It’s a bit cramped when we get a large shipment in, but we manage to move things around. My hands are usually a bit greasy by lunch, but that's just part of the job. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or a fancy receptionist. Most people just drop by or give us a call when they need something specific. We try to be helpful when someone walks in with a broken part or a question about a specific tool. It’s a quiet enough street except for the occasional truck passing by. We show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life here and we like it that way.
