Adithya Industries

Our workshop is over on Nehru Street in Ram Nagar. We are at No. 72/74. It’s a busy area and parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive at the wrong time. Adithya Industries has been running from this location for quite some years. The machines make a lot of noise throughout the day. We get used to it after a while. Most of us here have been working together for a long time so we know how each other works. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scrap bits. We sweep it up every evening but it's back by ten the next morning. That’s just how industrial work goes. We handle various parts and components. Nothing too glamorous. People send us orders and we fill them. Sometimes the supplies are late and we have to scramble. It keeps us on our toes. We have a small office area where the phone rings more than it should. Ram Nagar is a good place to be for a business like ours. There are plenty of other shops around so we can get parts if something breaks. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, there's tea around four in the afternoon. It's a decent way to spend the day and we just carry on like that until it's time to head home. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a steady shop in the neighborhood.
