You can find us at Door No. 3-5 in Kumaren Nagar, over in the Nsns Palyam area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a familiar spot for us. We handle pharma products and supplies out of this building. It’s a two-story place, nothing too tall, and we use most of it for storage and keeping things organized. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings, but gets a bit busier when deliveries arrive. We don’t have a big sales floor or anything; it’s more of a functional space for getting orders packed up. The local kids sometimes play cricket in the lane nearby when the traffic is low. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s important to keep everything clean and dry inside because of the nature of what we handle. We don't use much fancy software, just a lot of notebooks and a basic computer for the records. Sometimes the humidity makes it a bit stuffy, so we have fans going all day long. It’s just a few of us running the show here, making sure boxes go to the right places. We don’t do any flashy advertising. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We just focus on the daily tasks of moving the stock and checking the labels before anything leaves the door.
