Our office is at number 16 on New Kutchery Street in Ponneri. It’s a busy little stretch of road, especially during the day when everyone is out running errands. Most people in this part of Chennai know where we are because we’ve been at this address for a while. We aren't one of those big, shiny pharmaceutical companies you see in the city center. We're more of a local operation that keeps things grounded. The building is simple, and we focus more on what’s happening inside than how the outside looks. There are boxes and files everywhere, and the phones ring quite a bit. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team telling us what to say. We just handle the supplies and the orders as they come in. It’s a lot of routine work, checking labels and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to sort it out eventually. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the customers get what they need. It’s a straightforward life here in Ponneri. We work hard, go home, and come back the next day to do it again. It is just a normal job.
