Vg Hospital

Our hospital is located right on Mettupalayam Road. It’s a very long and busy stretch of road, so we get a lot of people coming in from different parts of the city and even the outskirts. Being on such a main thoroughfare means there’s never a quiet moment outside. You can hear the buses and trucks rumbling past at all hours. Inside, the hospital feels like any other place where people are trying to get better. It’s a lot of white walls, tile floors, and the constant sound of footsteps in the hallways. We don’t have any of those fancy waterfalls or art galleries you see in some of the newer, expensive hospitals. Everything here is for a purpose. The staff stays pretty busy moving from one room to another, and there is always paperwork to be done at the front desk. We see all kinds of people every day, some just here for a quick checkup and others who have to stay a bit longer. The air conditioning is usually humming in the background to keep the heat off since the road outside gets quite hot during the afternoon. It’s a practical building for a practical job. We just try to keep things organized and make sure everyone gets seen. It’s a lot of work, but that’s just how it is on Mettupalayam Road. We’ve been here for a while now and have become just another part of the daily landscape for people commuting along this route. We focus on the daily tasks and hope for the best.
